Here at With Love Childcare, we believe that it is our responsibility to give our future leaders, our children, the skills and tools needed to be self-sufficient, successful and respected individuals. Although schools are geared more on test taking and academic skills, we believe that we need to teach life coping skills needed to survive. Children learn the most from Birth to age 5, so how and what we teach them now has a great impact on the type of individuals they will become. During these years, the best way the children learn is through play and demonstration. Although it looks as if the child is “just playing”, they are learning skills such as making friends, understanding their emotions, resolving conflicts, and taking care of their needs along with respecting others’ needs. We also believes that if a child has a safe and nurturing environment and is shown respect, they will be more eager to learn. Their confidence level will grow which will help them be more independent.

Beyond teaching and learning, we believe that building strong, caring and trusting relationships with both the family and the child is very important. We believe that you need to establish a relationship with everyone involved in the growth and development of each child. This is important in order to communicate concerns or ideas with the families and them to us. Communication helps gain the trust needed to provide the families and children with a positive approach to their development and for us to provide the best care possible. It is our responsibility to help families cope with life struggles and offer resources that could help ease some of their worries. The happier and more confidence the family and their children have in everyday experiences, the happier and more enjoyable our program will be. It all starts with the relationships and communication!
